BAND INSTRUMENTS

Band instruments can be purchased or rented from many locations in the south bay including:

The Music Tree on Monterey Highway in downtown Morgan Hill

Music Village at Santa Teresa and Snell or Union and Foxworthy in San Jose

Starving Musician in San Jose on Meridian Ave east of Hamilton

The Musicians Warehouse in San Jose by Eastridge Mall

You can also find used instruments on the web at places like Ebay. Make sure you are buying a quality instrument. The best are made in the USA (Selmer, Jupiter, Conn) or Japan (Yamaha). There are some Chinese "knock-off" instruments out there, some with German sounding names, that just don't hold up.

In addition, the band has a few instruments which are available for loan during the school year. If you will be borrowing an instrument, there is a $50 cleaning/repair fee required. You will also need to sign a loan agreement which you can open and print by clicking here.
